Account

Are you intelligent, social, and ambitious? We are looking for a bilingual Accounts Manager to join our Accounts Team. Imagine yourself working with China’s top KOLs and international brand. This position comes with a great deal of autonomy and an opportunity to work in China’s emerging KOL marketing industry. You’ll be working within the Account Management team and reporting to the Account Management Director.

In 3 months:

  • Familiarise with our products and platforms
  • Develop a strong understanding of the clients in your portfolio and the current live projects

In 6 months:

  • Begin to lead client strategy and through leadership
  • Support on new business and annual reviews
  • Mentor and lead interns

In 12 months:

  • Relative autonomy managing your client portfolio
  • P+L management of your client portfolio
  • Recruitment and management of your own staff

 Responsibilities and duties:

  • Daily client communication and coordination. Including training and client support in education of our technology.
  • Time and project management of client requests triaging to appropriate support teams and coordinating workflow to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Research and analysis of client and competitor brands, providing insight and learnings to clients, extending to strategic leadership of the client.
  • Cross and upsell services and product where opportunity arises, providing meeting, pitch and presentation support where needed.
  • Key Stakeholder and QC for all client deliverables.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor degree or above in relevant field of learning.
  • At least 2 years of professional work experience, preferably in related industries.
  • English spoken, reading and written fluency; Chinese spoken, reading and written fluency preferred.
  • Demonstrable interest and active presence on various social media platforms.
  • Demonstrable passion for Fashion, ecommerce, social media and digital and technology.
  • Proficiency in MS office suite.
  • Demonstrable presence and client-facing polish, excellent communication, presentation and coordination skills.

Do you have an analytical and insightful mind? We are looking for a bilingual Insights Analyst to join our Insights Team. Imagine yourself as a thought leader in China’s emerging KOL data insights industry. PARKLU’s Insight Team provides research, business intelligence, and actionable tactics to top organizations around the world. If you are keen with both quantitative and qualitative analysis, interested in big data, and want to be on the cutting edge of marketing, then we want you to talk with us.

Collecting data of influencers(blogger or KOL) from different social platform such as Weibo, Wechat, instagram, etc. Build data models. Design, develop, and review large scale data processes and modeling. Conduct massive analytics to solve data prediction, classification problem by using machine learning, text mining technologies. Serve as a key contributor and perform work that is critical to project success. Solve highly technical and complex problems.

 Responsibilities and duties:

  • Develop and implement data collection systems to collection KOL data from different social platforms including Weibo, Wechat, instagram, etc.
  • Develop and implement strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
  • Interpret data, analyze results to solve data prediction, KOL classification and fake fans problems using machine learning tools.
  • Analyze KOL’s sample posts to extract the hot keywords and brand mentions using open source library of text mining.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to meet relevant goals and deadlines according to schedule.
  • Create key insights and recommendations through quantitative analysis.
  • Provide recommendations to the management and product team.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or relative area.
  • Proven working experience as a data analyst.
  • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, text mining and segmentation techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with databases (SQL etc), programming (C++, Python, Java, R etc).
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing large datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

PARKLU is seeking a Sales Manager to meet our ambitious growth objectives. As a key member of a seriously talented team.

You will play a key role shaping our company and helping our influencer marketplace flourish. You will be responsible for developing and executing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans required to achieve your sales target. This position reports to the CEO.

 Responsibilities and duties:

  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Develop and execute a plan to achieve sales targets and expand PARKLU’s customer base
  • Leverage personal network, partnerships and sales consultants to generate new sales revenue
  • Improve and optimize our sales operations processes
  • Communicate value proposition with proposals, presentations and technology demonstrations.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally by working with the product & development, community and customer success teams
  • Recruit, hire and manage the sales team
  • Be a great leader, coach, and manager to a nimble and fast-growing team

Recommended background:

  • 5+ years of proven sales experience consistently meeting or exceed sales revenue targets
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from opportunity identification and creation to close
  • Experience in technology or agency sales in China
