ABOUT THE ROLE

The Account Manager will be responsible for achieving new business targets and helping close new deals. As an Account Manager, you will oversee the prospect’s engagement from prospecting, demo, to close. You will also collaborate closely with Customer Success to ensure successful onboarding and positive customer engagement to ensure adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
● Developing your own sales pipeline. Hunter approach to initiating conversations with prospects such as C-level executives, Head of Public Relations, Communications or Marketing Departments.
● Managing a portfolio of accounts. Success will mean satisfied, engaged customers that understand the value of our product offerings, high customer retention levels, and significant revenue expansion.
● Being commercially aligned and focused to meet monthly new business targets.
● Using customer data to present value of the service using clear numerical and verbal reasoning
● Establishing ongoing interaction with key stakeholders and decision-makers within the customer base to align current and future solutions to their strategic or tactical objectives.
● Developing new and existing C-level relationships within a portfolio of accounts.
● Creating customer advocates and references for our offering.
● New business growth in both MRR and services along with Improved renewal
rates within assigned accounts.

ABOUT YOU Your Profile

● High energy, self-awareness, and commitment

● Native Chinese, ability to speak, read, and write English fluently. A big plus if you speak Japanese or Korean“ wait for Gracie’s confirmation.

The Sales Consultant role is a client-facing position within our Sales and Business Development team. It is a business-to-business sales role which involves presenting the cutting-edge PARKLU services to client prospects. You will be carrying a monthly sales target and responsible for the entire sales process, directly pitching PARKLU solutions to C-Level Executives. Our clients are typically in the Public Relations, Communications or Marketing Departments, and we work directly with decision-makers in a very consultative fashion. PARKLU isn’t a service that is used by just one industry, so you will get exposure to companies and organizations of all shapes and sizes, helping you expand your business acumen all the time. In addition to training you to become a successful salesperson, we pride ourselves in being able to develop fantastic managers, and our goal is to facilitate your professional growth, taking on more responsibilities once you are ready for them.

This position is eligible for both a base salary and commissions and bonuses.

In 1 month

  • Develop a strong understanding of our offering

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage sales CRM system and research for lead scoring
  • Proactively reach out to C-level Executives to pitch Parklu solutions via online demos or in-person meetings
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Communicate value proposition with proposals, presentations, and technology demonstrations.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally by working with the product & development, community and customer success teams

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor degree or above in relevant field of learning.
  • Good command of both Chinese and English
  • A demonstrable interest and active presence on various social media platforms.
  • Demonstrable passion for Fashion, eCommerce, social media and digital and technology.
  • Proficiency in MS office suite.
  • Demonstrable presence and client-facing polish, excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
  • Confidence and autonomy in dealing with C-Level client contacts.
  • High level of drive & stamina to succeed in sales
  • Self-motivated, proactive, initiative and organized with the ability to work under tight deadlines and in a high-pressure environment
  • Prior sales experience with software demonstrations is a plus
  • Leadership experience is a big bonus

Data Operations Team

岗位职责:

  1. 负责爬虫系统架构和数据存储设计,建立完整的数据获取、解析、入库和监控流程,并不断优化迭代完善。
  2. 理解系统数据处理流程以及业务功能需求,能按照给定的信息通过爬虫恒定获取需要的关键信息。
