Client Success Team

As part of the Client Success Team your role will focus on supporting the client success director and clients in familiarising with our platform, technology and processes, helping to ensure that our team and clients can get the most out of the technology we provide. You will support sales in helping clients to familiarise with the platform and supporting tech in collecting feedback from users and supporting teams.

You’ll be working within the Client Success Team and reporting to the Client Success Director.

In 3 months:

  • Familiarise with our products and platforms
  • Develop a strong understanding of the platform, our services and product offering
  • Manage in-platform queries from clients and KOLs via all touch points

In 6 months:

  • Help onboard new clients
  • Act as a point of contact for clients with questions
  • Spot and identify new campaign opportunities with existing self service clients
  • Help clients plan and setup new campaigns
  • Collect customer feedback and team feedback
  • Develop FAQs for the platform

In 12 months:

  • Drive self serviced clients to running campaigns and upselling to full service offering
  • Support account teams in identifying campaign clients for upsell
  • Systemise FAQs for training and automation
  • Optimise communication touch points.

 Responsibilities and duties: 

  • Daily client communication and coordination. Including training and client support in education of our technology.
  • Time and project management of client requests triaging to appropriate support teams and coordinating workflow to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Support sales marketing and accounts in cross and upsell services and product where opportunity arises, providing meeting, pitch and presentation support where needed.
  • Manage communication and communication touchpoints for KOLs and Clients.
  • Gather, collate and analyse customer and KOL feedback to pass to operations and tech
  • Develop onboarding processes, checklists and procedures
  • Develop FAQ archives and onboarding training documentation
  • Conduct research to identify potential upsell and cross sell clients; to determine customer churn; KOL and Client issues and pain points.

Desired Skills and Experience: 

  • Bachelor degree or above in relevant field of learning.
  • At least 2 years of professional work experience, preferably in related industries.
  • English spoken, reading and written fluency; Chinese spoken, reading and written fluency preferred.

The SDR role is the entry-level position within our Sales and Business Development team. It is a business-to-business sales role which involves presenting the cutting-edge PARKLU services to client prospects. You will work in support of the Sales team screening clients and sourcing opportunities.
