Responsibilities and Duties
• Prospect, educate, qualify inbound and outbound leads to create sales-ready leads and opportunities
• Interact with prospects via telephone, email, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
• Become a trusted resource and develop superior relationships with prospects
• Update prospect interaction in Hubspot and Salesforce to ensure efficient lead management
• Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure territory revenue objectives
• Work with team to integrate on and constantly improve processes

The Sales Consultant role is a client-facing position within our Sales and Business Development team. It is a business-to-business sales role which involves presenting the cutting-edge PARKLU services to client prospects. You will be carrying a monthly sales target and responsible for the entire sales process, directly pitching PARKLU solutions to C-Level Executives. Our clients are typically in the Public Relations, Communications or Marketing Departments, and we work directly with decision-makers in a very consultative fashion. PARKLU isn’t a service that is used by just one industry, so you will get exposure to companies and organizations of all shapes and sizes, helping you expand your business acumen all the time. In addition to training you to become a successful salesperson, we pride ourselves in being able to develop fantastic managers, and our goal is to facilitate your professional growth, taking on more responsibilities once you are ready for them.

Client Success Team

As part of the Client Success Team your role will focus on supporting the client success director and clients in familiarising with our platform, technology and processes, helping to ensure that our team and clients can get the most out of the technology we provide. You will support sales in helping clients to familiarise with the platform and supporting tech in collecting feedback from users and supporting teams.

You’ll be working within the Client Success Team and reporting to the Client Success Director.

In 3 months:

  • Help onboard new clients

About the Role

Your role will be to work with the Chief Strategy Officer to manage products used by over 1,000 fashion, luxury and beauty brands all over the world.

As a Product Lead at PARKLU by Launchmetrics, you will be in charge of identifying high level objectives for your productfollowing its KPIscreating, maintaining, and communicating on its roadmapanalyzing market trends & competitive landscapes, and everything in between.

In short, you will be responsible for the success of your product, so you’ll need to:

  • Talk with your users. A lot.
  • Articulate their needs into clear product features and requirements that can be quantified.
  • Define the metrics and KPIs used to measure adoption and performance of your product over time.
